Last updated: September 2026
This Disclaimer governs the use of this portfolio website. By browsing the site you agree to the terms described below — written in plain language so there are no surprises.
1. General Information Only
All content on this website — including blog posts, service descriptions, pricing notes, FAQs and process guides — is published by Md Nazim Uddin for general informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, financial or business advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for advice appropriate to your specific situation.
2. No Guaranteed Results
Video editing affects presentation, pacing and retention, but outcomes on social platforms depend on many factors outside the editor's control (content, topic, algorithm changes, posting strategy and audience). Nothing on this website is a guarantee of views, engagement, follower growth, monetization approval or revenue. Statistics shown on this site (projects completed, happy clients, turnaround times) reflect past experience and are illustrative, not a promise of future performance.
3. Portfolio & Fair Use
Videos, thumbnails and trademarks shown in the portfolio are the property of their respective owners and are displayed solely to demonstrate editing work (storytelling, pacing, color, sound design, motion graphics). If you are a rights holder and believe any content here infringes your rights, contact me and it will be reviewed and, if appropriate, removed or credited.
4. Testimonials & Client Feedback
Testimonials and client comments presented on this website reflect the individual experiences of those clients. They are not a warranty that every client will have the same experience.
5. External Links Disclaimer
This website contains links to external websites and platforms (Vimeo, Google Drive, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok). I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or practices. Following an external link is done at your own risk.
6. Errors & Omissions
While every effort is made to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, errors and omissions can occur. Content, prices and service details may change at any time without notice. Please confirm current pricing and availability directly before ordering.
7. Advertising Disclaimer
This website may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense). Advertisements are clearly served by third parties; I do not endorse the products or services advertised and am not responsible for the content of ads or the landing pages they link to.
8. Consent & Contact
By using this website, you consent to this Disclaimer and accept its terms. If you require clarification on anything stated here, get in touch and I will be happy to help.
